We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of this hotel, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner personally assisted us throughout our stay, going above and beyond to overcome the language barrier and provide us with valuable advice on train itineraries and day trips. The rooms were spacious and clean, making us feel right at home. The best part was the complimentary wifi, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hometown feel.

The staff were friendly, and they gave us a breakfast in the restaurant and let us change after checking out. The rooms were clean. It is right across the street from the tram up to Montana.
The rooms haven't been redone since perhaps the 70's. Even though it was across the street from the tram to Montana, one has to wait for a bus at the top. For the price, it was a bit drab and retro. Just a place to sleep. If you are looking for something quaint, cozy, or romantic, probably not the right place.

Good location, not too far from train station, and close to the fumicular. The staff was quite friendly. The food served in the hotel is okay too.
The room was hot - no air conditioning or fan. Also, rather noisy from the traffic outside, even at night.

My room on the 5th floor was so quiet, giving me the best sleep ever! The bed was super comfy too. The location was ideal, with easy access to the funicular and train station. Finding places to eat was a breeze. The boss, Mr. Toni, was incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking perfect English. The staff was EXCELLENT, leaving the key for me when I arrived late. They were so communicative and helpful. The room was cleaned up nicely, and the bed was jaw-droppingly comfortable with fresh sheets and towels. It was fairly spacious and even had a water bottle in the room. The receptionist at the front desk was super friendly. The location near the train station was mind-blowingly convenient for my early departure.

The room was very adequate and there was a bath in the bathroom. Good breakfast with helpful staff. Very convenient for railway station and the funicular.
The entrance in the side passage could be better signed. We entered through the cafe which was busy at the time.

The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the train station and the funicular to Crans Montana. It's perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful ski area and enjoy the majestic views of the mountains of Montana. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a sofa bed for extra relaxation.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

Very close to the station and mountains
Breakfast not included, room very basic and no double rooms only twins. Staff spoke no English at all. A very basic, bottom of the range hotel

The hotel is located in a shopping centre built in the seventies of the last century and so is the hotel - the furnitures in the room, the reception and the Ferrari bar in the ground floor. Down stairs in the dark garage, the entrance to the hotel is closed, and there is no intercom system to the reception. The rooms on the south side are towards the close railway station, with windows open it is rather noisy. Breakfast is served in a little cafe on the groundfloor. For 15 chf per person I expected more - at least warm eggs, cooled yoghurt and coffee freshly brewed.

This hotel is incredibly close to the funicular up to the Crans-Montana ski area, making it a convenient choice for skiers. The location next to the train station is also a plus, as it allows for easy access to other areas. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located in the town, making it convenient for exploring shops, bars, and cafes.
No major issues, overall a good experience.

It is a small hotel and the receptionist waited for us until we arrived at 23.30, I thought that was a very nice gesture and appreciated it.
Everything was fine, it is simple, clean a bit old could be renovated. But nice.
